Alexander M. Muchangi
Managing Partner
Alexander serves as the Managing Partner. He is a trusted legal advisor with over 4 years of experience in Civil, Criminal, Commercial and Corporate Law.
He has successfully defended high-stake criminal cases, and secured favourable outcomes in complex civil disputes.
Alexander holds a Bachalors of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Deeply passionate about justice, he’s committed towards becoming one of the leading region’s legal mind.
Beyond the courtroom, he is a lifelong learner with interest in leadership, psychology and creativity. he stays active through hiking and yoga, enjoys travelling and values meaningful time with family, friends and his community.
Matheous O. Onamu
Partner
Matheous is the legal partner, leading the firm’s commercial and Real Estate Department. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi and Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
With over 5 years of experience, he specializes in structuring complex transactions, offering strategic legal counsel, and delivering client focused solutions across a wide array of sectors.
Whether leading a negotiations, or advising on high-value projects, he is deeply committed to providing legal solutions that that not only safeguards client’s interest but also drive their growth and long term success.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, football, badminton – activities that keep him fit and sharpen his problem-solving skills. He is also looking forward to taking up golf as a new mental and social challenge
CPA Kunene Naomi
CPA Kunene Naomi serves as our accountant. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the Cooperative University of Kenya and is a certified Public Accountant (CPA-K)
With over five years of experience in tax and auditing, she combines a keen eye for detail with strong technical experience and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. Her works helps individuals and organizations navigate complex financial environments, ensuring adherence to evolving tax law and audit standards while delivering strategic, value-driven solutions.
Outside of her professional role, she is a passionate baker who runs her own bakery business. She also enjots reading books and exploring new places.
Stella Gakii
Stella is a dedicated Criminology and forensic Investigation graduate with a strong foundation in legal procedures, court administration, investigation and case management. She has built a solid skill set in legal research, case file management, and navigating judicial processes.
Known for professionalism, integrity and efficiency, Stella approaches every task with reliability and a positive attitude.
Stella is a curious mind with a love for learning and living fully. When she is not diving into case or fine-tuning legal documents, you’ll find her exploring new ideas, learning something new or enjoying a new conversation.
Mary Wanja
Mary holds a Diploma in Law and a Certificate in Data Protection, giving her a well rounded understanding of legal frameworks and data privacy regulations – skills that are increasingly valuable in today’s compliance-driven landscape.
Beyond her professional life, Mary enjoys exploring new cultures and engaging in community service. Whether volunteering or sharing a meaningful conversation. Mary brings warmth, curiosity, and purpose to everything she does.
